Hotel has no attention to detail and is not guest orientated at all. I 100% suggest that you avoid this hotel at all costs. Especially if you are a foreigner. Gym is small but reasonable. Food is quite expensive, very slow to prepare, and the quality is very very bad. The water quality is very bad end will dry out your skin Laundry goes missing and it is very frustrating to try and reclaim it, interestingly it was the expensive Clothes that went missing. Their billing is not accurate - the price that you agree in the website they add on a percentage to it. All other hotels in Saudi don’t do this only here. Staff are completely clueless. AC very noisy, bathroom leaks, room key system doesn’t work. For 700 sar per night. Totally not worth it.

Rooms are excellent. Only kitchen is not available to order the food. I like to stay more times when I visit abha
