They cancelled my reservation during a peak period to accommodate another guest. This happened even though I confirmed with the reception my late arrival.

The hotel have a fancy lobby, but when we arrived to the room the closest was broken and when we asked to exchange the room the other room was not what we asked for. And other thing the male receptionist was terrible and his attitude was so rude. i will never come to this hotel again. it was a terrible experience.

I was stayed a week. It was very bad experience for the overall. Internet has been interupted regularly... Also very slow network. Food services are too delay. Not properly follow up from the management in case of emergency.... If i called to recepetion for the emergency they are not picing the call and not answering properly for our concerns... Dont choose this hotel at any cost... at any at a
