Este es uno de los mejores lugares para alojarse en la ciudad santa de La Meca. Las habitaciones están muy ordenadas y limpias. El hotel es maravilloso y el Haram está a solo 10 minutos del hotel. Coge un taxi por 10 sar desde el hotel. Excelente para la visita de umrah y hajj. La vista del hotel era fabulosa y atractiva. El interior es ambiente y el desayuno es muy sabroso y sorprendente. Tienen huevos duros, panqueques, ensaladas mixtas, variedades de frutas y muchos más artículos. El hotel Violet está ubicado en el hotel Violet Aziziyah, Makkah.

It's a good place to have meetings and the buffet was good idea, it's 80 sar per head, a bit on the higher end but the food has a lot variety

I would say the best hotel to stay in that range and around that area. 5-10 minutes drive to Masjid Al Haram. The only hotel in that area with big windows and good view, all other hotels have tine windows (if that matters to you). My kids used to spend time sitting on the bed gazing out of the 15th floor window. Very good breakfast, helpful staff but hardly anyone knows english. Most of the staff is Arabic speaking only so calling reception and housekeeping was a bit of a hassle, otherwise all good. They have gym and kids play area along with a swimming pool (not free). Few shops just outside the hotel where you can buy gifts and food (not expensive as one would expect them to be). We looked at several hotels and were very satisfied with our choice. If I visit again and plan to stay in this area,it is going to be in Violet.

There are no shuttle buses that take you to Al Masjid Al Haram if you want to go it's either take a bus which the nearest station is about 1km away of take a taxi in which most of the time the road is closed to Masjid Al haram

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. Just some issues with room service. Not sure if it was because of Ramadan but they wouldn't come clean our room and we had to always call down for more water which would take forever. The shower was also half open and water would get all over bathroom floors. The ambience and everything was great though. It was in a very up and coming district with lots of food and shopping options around

If there is less than 1star i wi but it! Unprofessional staff how they work in 5* place it’s crazy! The FO come to our room and they entered the room without any permission or knocking on the door! And my mother was in house clothes, and they didn’t go out when they see her, rather continue talking to her that she must go out! And She booked over the phone the for the next day! And there are a lot of unprofessional attitudes. I pay more than one thousand and four hundred riyals per day, and their service is not estimated even by fifty riyals. Bad service bad attitude no barking .
