This hotel has the best service I have ever seen, and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Everyone is so friendly and always willing to help. Especially the manager Rias in the dining hall, took great care of us. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Makkah.

The most beautiful location I’ve ever seen in my life. The staff were friendly, especially the kitchen & F&B crew are amazing. We got fully served with delicious foods since the first time we arrived at the hotel. In addition, the room was beyond comfortable. Thank you for the experience. Hopefully one day, I will come back here with my family🩷

First time and will not be the last inshaa Allah, Luxury Hotel , fantastic view with the best hospitality and service, Great car parking , Thanks to All employees working in this Hotel for the friendly and welcoming hospitality. Loved my stay here! The restaurant for dinner was fantastic. The service and food were superb! It was a pleasant experience. Jameel, Mohamed and Chef Ahmed really went above and beyond to make our experience worthwhile. Totally underrated restaurant!

We stayed here for around 6 days. The bed was very comfortable, the room was huge and clean, and the room service was great! The three-times-per-day full-board international meals were satisfying as well. However, the downside would be the bathroom and the elevators. The bathroom was quite disappointing for a luxury brand, not very clean with water pooling, and so on. Additionally, the elevators were very slow. However, we will still opt for this hotel again next time.
