Robata es una nueva experiencia gastronómica sensorial japonesa que se inauguró en The Canopy en Hittin, Riyadh. Robata ofrece una excelente experiencia gastronómica que se especializa en servir cocina japonesa y está ubicada en The Canopy en Hittin. El restaurante tiene un elegante diseño interior con dos pisos y asientos en la terraza que tiene su propia barra de bebidas y tiene aire acondicionado para adaptarse al clima de Riyadh. Everything we ordered was great, lovely vibes and friendly staff. However the seating indoor would be better with softer lights.

Business lunch Popped in for lunch and we were recommended the business lunch - the price was explained 250sar Per person with a selection of dishes. We had some spiced edamame to snack which was just okay (Not included). Starters were good. Although the potato salad was deep fried and extra crunchy. The salmon was delicious esp the sauce. The tuna crispy rice - the tuna was delicious but the crispy rice base was rock solid. The prawn gyoza was very tasty. Mains pepper chicken and black cod which were both delicious but to my surprise they came alone with no sides. So just the actual protein itself which I found very disappointing. I assumed it came with sides and it wasn't explained to us it would come alone. Hence the drop in star rating. The apple pie was delicious! unfortunately cold. The sauce with it was lovely and so was the ice cream. Overall the tasting menu was good. Service was excellent and so was the initially welcoming when we arrived.

It had a great atmosphere. We liked the crispy aubergine and the lamb Tsukune. The sushi was average, and the beef short ribs were good.

This is my second visit and I came in during national day ? We ordered: - CHICKEN KUSHI 4/10 - A5 WAGYU GYOZA 9/10 - BLACK ANGUS TENDERLOIN 9/10 - GRILLED PEPPER CHICKEN 8/10 - GRILLED DOVER SOLE (this was the national day special and I was the first one to try it. I hope they add it to the menu) 10/10 - CINNAMON MILK BUN 9/10 - MIDORI HATA (Mango, Orange, Lychee, Blue Raspberry & Yuzu) My first visit We came in a party of 6 with an appetite ?. The place is elegant with good underground parking. Tried: - PRAWN PORTOBELLO GYOZA 9/10 - KING CRAB SALAD 9.5/10 - GRILLED SPICY EDAMAME 9/10 - POPCORN CHICKEN 9/10 - CRISPY AUBERGINE 8.6/10 - GRILLED PORTOBELLO MUSHROOM 10/10 - GRILLED BLACK COD 9/10 - MUSHROOM TAKIKOME 9.5/10 - BLACK ANGUS FILLET 9.5/10 - WAGYU SLIDERS 5/10 - ROBATA SANGRIA (Pomegranate, Watermelon, Hipocras & Rose Water) 7/10 - LEMON MERINGUE PIE 5/10 - MILK CHOCOLATE MADAGASCAN FONDANT 9.5/10

I like the atmosphere, the service and the food was delicious 10/10 goes for their Black Angus Tenderloin and 4/10 for King Crab Salad! For the dessert we ordered Cinnamon roll was a must! Apuri cocktail was refreshing and tasty 10/10! There is a Valet Parking at the Canopy- the complex where Robata is located!
