The rooms here are notably compact when measured against the standards of other 5-star hotels. Additionally, we observed some dust on the glass surfaces and dressing tables. Unfortunately, we had a less-than-ideal experience with the staff, particularly the receptionist. In our opinion, this establishment doesn't quite meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel and might be better categorized as a 2 or 3-star option. We would recommend exploring other accommodations in the Jabal Omar area.

Great location and access to masjid haram. The carpet of the room was very dirty. Amenities were fine. The room was not sound proof. Even the air conditioner fan was giving an horrible sound. Iron table was broken.

I booked for 2 nights, i was so happy with the breakfast i had in R2. There were lots of choices and a variety of breads and cheese. It was a really perfect breakfast meal. But i had a bad experience with the waiters they don't speak English. The hotel should have waiters who know English because it's a 5 star hotel. I wonder why they don't consider this.

Only close to harem. Giving shaving kits and footwear, I guess makes it a 5 star hotel on Google. But it's not. Rooms are small. I would say this is a 3 star hotel. My experience was decent however. Although small, the rooms were clean and the location is 50 meters away from the entrance of harem. You will find plenty of stores near this hotel for your umrah needs. Due to construction, the street is closed off and have to walk. I wouldn't stay here again. Cough up the extra $ and get yourself in the actual clock tower. The internet is slowwwww. The concierge was decent and check in and check out was smooth

Every time, the same good experience. In both Mecca and Madina, the facility is good, the staff are friendly and welcoming. The location is fantastic. Thanks Elaf staff and management.
