Rooms are tight and pretty small, however the service is brilliant especially from Saiful Islam on the 4th Floor. He went above and beyond to fulfill any request you had. In terms of location, the hotel was brilliant. Breakfast, however, was a bit of a letdown compared to other 5* hotels I’ve visited in the past. The breakfast has the standard boilerplate menu items but not much variety.

We booked this hotel without any expectations but we definitely made the best decision. The rooms were clean and the location was absolutely spot on. Moreover, we stayed in room 408 and recieved spectacular service from Saiful Islam who was super kind and helpful. He tended to us very quickly, cleaned our rooms beautifully and was so caring. Highly recommend

The Location is great. Lifts are great. But the hotel overall needs an update, from the rattling of lifts to the old rugged carpets in the room. And whats with the dimly lit room. The washrooms are better lit than the rooms here. The hotel can do much better in better hands I feel in terms of maintenance and facilities in room. I would advise the incharge to visit any hotel in its viccinity. For feedback, you have my number against this name, room 412 on the date of comment.

I will give this hotel 5 star for its location. However the size of the rooms are very Dissapointing. The rooms is so cramped , there's no space to even read salaah. The carpets, curtains, bedding, is really old. This is definitely not a 5* hotel as advertised. The pictures used for advertising shows a view of the Mosque when in actual fact all you see is a huge building, very deceiving. The breakfast is great, they offer an excellent variety. The Hotel should get authorities to clean up the outside areas.

The room was average... The housekeeper was so good about his work..i have to mention about Md Rabbi who was kind of pretty,and determined his work..i loved his service. And the Location is so perfect next to the Haram.. I would like to recommend for everyone to go there.
