I was very satisfied during my stay in your hotel, location is excellent and the stuff was very helpful..food was very delicious, rooms were spacious and clean. I would be.lucky to come back again

Very good hotel and special thank for to Ms. Ohoud from Guest relation for being very friendly and helpful. The food for each meal was great and I do not remember when I had a better food in hotel. The staff is very kind and very friendly and all employees try to make you feel very special. Hotel is very clean, rooms are spotless and spacious.

Love this hotel and its location. Unfortunately the housekeeping is still poor. Rooms are not vacuumed nor cleaned properly. Management are trying there best but unfortunately the housekeeping staff are lazy and spoiling the name of the hotel.I only hope they can employ better supervisors and cleaners for housekeeping

The location of the place was good( right in front of Haram) The rooms were spacious enough and clean but the service was pathetic tbh with no parking access at all!overly crowded at the elevators area No toiletries available No coffee/tea supplies The management was poor Had to call several times to get the service done Not at all worth the price money paid They really need to work on improving their services

Good location, good, well decorated and clean building, but! They didn’t clean my room despite asking them twice! They double charged the tax %42 by mistake, then they the offered me free breakfast as an apology, I declined, then they offered free parking, however parking guard denied my entry stating parking is full while there were 4 vacant parking spots!They don’t pick up phone sometimes. One of the reciptionist was acting busy and ignored me when I greeted him!
