I stayed at this hotel during my visit in madinah for 2 days. Honestly I had nothing to complain about. I am not sure where the negative comments come from, but as a not-so-picky person you would definitely like this hotel. The service was great. I arrived earlier than my checking time, still they managed to settle me in. As there was not a king bed available, but 2 double beds instead, the clerk teased me by advancing: "you sleep in this double bed one day, and the other the next day". Lol. We laughed and he handed me the keys right ahead. To be honest tho, I was more excited about visiting the city than my comfort. I would recommend Rotana Al mesk hotel anytime.

The only plus point is the location. Someone needs to tell Rotana that this establishment is using their name. Pathetically bad and literally a nightmare when it comes to cleanliness.

3starts for the fact that the hotel is a 2mnt walk till the gate of Masjid, good rooms, wifi DOES NOT WORK especially on the 3rd floor. Bedsheets are changed once in 3days, floors, bathroom and dustbins are cleaned daily. Rest is passable.
