Had a very pleasant stay from 7 Dec 2023 to 11 Dec 2023.. Rooms are clean, Food spread is ample and location of hotel is near to Masjid Nabawi gate 339..

If you looking for a good night sleep . Don't choose this hotel . The pillows are like sleeping on bricks probably harder than bricks even. Hotel is really dated sink has mould and a massive crack. Has bath not a shower. You probably come out more dirty than you went in. Ask for more pillows was refused . Save your money and book else where. Only perk is close to the masjid apart from that has nothing else going for it !!!

Close to the masjid of the prophet! Incredible service, absolutely wonderful staff! Tasty Breakfast with food for even picky eaters like me, pancake and omelette station aswell. The bed was comfy and the shower and toilet were clean.

Alhamdulliah, the hotel service me and wife was fantastic. Staff were very helpful and friendly and we both have enjoyed our stay at hotel. Location very close to Masjid al Nabawi , which has helped wife , who has knee problems. This was first time we both have stayed at this hotel, inshallah we would stay same holiday if inshallah come back to Medina, also would recommend to my families/ friends if they come to Medina. Also the hotel staff very friendly and doing fantastic job. Both my wife and myself enjoyed the morning breakfast and room service fantastic. Jazakallah for looking after us both , inshallah will return again soon.
