Cheating this Hotel is closed, when I was travelling from Makkah I have given the address to my taxi driver and he immediately told me that this hotel is closed. And we had a great difficulty to find the alternative hotel in the end we have to sleep on streets for first night in medina. Second day we found the hotel but I will never forget this time. And to my surprise they have deducted money from my bank account. Distrusting

Disgusting service from this hotel. They are closed but are still taking bookings and payments. What’s even more disgraceful is that this is during one of the busiest periods, Ramadan and finding alternative accomodation late at night, last minute whilst travelling with a young child has been an absolute nightmare. They will not answer calls or reply to emails. The booking partner I booked through was absolutely useless. I’ve had to find alternative accomodation at extortionate prices at cost to myself. This hotel ands its management is A FRAUD! BE WARNED!

The Room was neat and clean, the service was fair, not very far from alharam (15minutes walking or 10 SR taxi),if you want house keeping you should to ask the receptionist the room phone not working and no signal in tv there are many restaurants and coffee shops around (Value vs price) it was good

If you have a car it's a lovely place to stay in. It is 4 mins away from the haram by car. The rooms were lovely, clean.

Front disk are friendly and tries to help. The rooms are clean and have fair space. The breakfast is very poor. Sometimes, elevators are busy. AC is set to 16c and you can't change it, you can only switch it off or on.
