I stayed for three days . Overall the stay is average , but i feel the receptionist need training to behave with customers. (customer relations Rating 1/5) Their breakfast was same for all the three days. (Khubbos,dal,chana, tomato salad, boiled egg) .(food Rating 1/5) Rooms are average. Looks maintained little . A/c was not working.Bath towel was not available.(they took more than two hour to bring towel )(Rooms Rating 3/5)

I can’t hide my experience here, it is worse hotel as follow: 1-shower water very low pressure (little water comes) 2-WC not working properly, your stools will stay. 3-breakfast very cheap and if you want (tomato) you have to wait for 20 mnts to have it. 4-mattresses very hard can’t sleep. 5-the hotel finishes very cheap not like photos. 6-no towels at toilets. 7-no water to drink you have to buy it. Thankx

Very bad attitude of Manager. 1st I waited for him more than 5 minutes just because he was speaking on telephone and his attitude was unacceptable at all. I found that he thinks that this is the only hotel in the city , very bad service
