I booked a two bedroom family apartment with a kitchenette and living room. I was given two rooms instead. When I protested as I was travelling with young kids, the reception manager refused to give it to me on account of unavailability and asked me to speak to Agoda or booking.com without any shame although admitting that I had a confirmed reservation for a family apartment. Horrible attitude! Please avoid it if you can

We stayed overnight on the way back to Riyadh from Abha. It was a lovely place. Did not expect such a nice hotel in the middle of nowhere. Easy and straightforward check-in and check out. The only downside, NO FOOD! they asked us to get food from the opposite Turkish restaurant which was OK but I did expect room service like other hotels at least! I find that lazy
