I can’t hide my experience here, it is worse hotel as follow: 1-shower water very low pressure (little water comes) 2-WC not working properly, your stools will stay. 3-breakfast very cheap and if you want (tomato) you have to wait for 20 mnts to have it. 4-mattresses very hard can’t sleep. 5-the hotel finishes very cheap not like photos. 6-no towels at toilets. 7-no water to drink you have to buy it. Thankx

Very bad attitude of Manager. 1st I waited for him more than 5 minutes just because he was speaking on telephone and his attitude was unacceptable at all. I found that he thinks that this is the only hotel in the city , very bad service

Noisy rooms....a lot of vehicles noise full night! Room should be sound proof. Also breakfast quality is very poor!

We stayed for two days (business based). Overall the staff was good, but the receptionist Mr Mohammad Ahmed gave us pathetic service, totally unprofessional and rude. We needed invoice to submit to our company, he printed the name without confirming ( which was wrong). After so much attempts of convincing him to correct the mistake, he refused. He was rather using his phone when we were talking to him. Worst experience because of him throughout the stay. Totally non cooperative, unethical and rude.
