It’s at a good location so it’s only a ten minute walk to Makkah. When I went in the room the walls have stains and dead insects on the floor and bed. There is a lot of children living in this hotel and yet they have a smoking zone on every 14 floor in the corridor next to the lifts. The internet connection is alright but they refuse to give me and my family breakfast and lunch when I paid for both included. The staff are rude and disrespectful. Only the cleaning staff and the men that helps with the luggage’s where the only ones that helped me and my family so I would like to give a shout out to them.
