Poor hotel Bad service For this cost should be at least 4 star service. Verry verry poor i dont recommend. Yes we are here for visiting Makkah. But you have to be in clean place where has baraka not dirty poorly look rooms not any comfortable Shame on your boss which making money from Muslims and not returning service which supposed to be given.

Very bad hotel 0 service 0 condition it is not even 0 it is minus. Administration is not even want to talk with us strange person entered to our room with his key, reception don’t know who is he and where they get card. Valve everywhere in the room

No service at all. The bathroom smelled dirty, and no cleaning service at all, even after several complaints. I would not recommend to stay here. The only thing compensating for that place was to stay close to Haram. Even the bus service is not worth it.
