We stay here for 3 nights. It was quite a nice place located almost 3 km away from Haram but free shuttle service was available the whole day and night. The rooms are clean but they need to improve their room services. If we needed anything we had to call many times until someone came to the room. Wi-Fi is quite good, the washrooms were very clean and the free gym service is available as well. The hotel is providing a kettle with the stuff for tea and coffee. Overall it was a nice experience and recommended.

We stayed here for 6 nights even though the hotel is very far from the haram, there is a free shuttle service every hour and it is very convenient during prayer times. It is a very nice and clean hotel. Only problem we had was the beds were not changed and the rooms were not cleaned. Everytime we asked they came and changed the bins and changed the towels and not the beds or the room. If you need it done you have to be very firm otherwise it will not get done. Other than that it would have been a 5*. The wifi is very good which made the kids happy. The hotel has a massive prayer room for both male and female. The hotel also provides a kettle to make tea and coffee which they provide including the water to make it with and a iron with ironing board. There is also a gym for free to use which is open 24 hours.

Rooms and services are excellent. Clean carpet, Clean toilet. Friendly frontline and services staff. Little bit far away from Masjid Haram, but 24 hours free shuttle bus service available. Several Lifts are available. Free Wifi too. Receptionists Mr.Bandar and Mr. Abdulaziz were awesome 👍

we stay 4 nights here & i must say that everything was excellant. room, location, transportation system, parking, price is also fine all was good and i must to say all stuff was good and kind and i really appricate the reception stuff all is so good special ARWA & NAWAF thanks to all see you soon I recommend it to everyone.

Called hotel before booking that i would like to do early checkin as i have kid with me, they agreed, after arriving at hotel made us sit for 2 hours by saying early chk in starts 6am so wait.. my daughter and family went through trouble, this hotel is not recomended at all at any cost..

M Hotel Al Dana Millennium is a four star hotel in Makkah. It’s 4 km away from Grand Mosque, 8 km from Makkah mall. They have also bus shuttle service from hotel to Haram .There are different shops and a big supermarket near the hotel. Rooms offer free Wi-FI, coffee making facilities, flat-screen TVs. Room was of moderate size, clean and the bed was comfy. Bathroom was small but clean. Other Amenities include a restaurant, a lounge, Leo cafe , a prayer room and a business center, plus parking and breakfast. The Sales manager Mis.Aseel is very nice and has good cooperation with us.
