Absolutely the worst experience. We had booked 3 rooms for one night. When we arrived late in the evening we were told that the only rooms available were opposite a construction site. The construction was on up to 2 AM and there was no way to sleep in those rooms. The hotel had not made any arrangements to put us up anywhere else and we were left to fend for ourselves in an unknown city late at night. The reception staff was not even apologetic.

Rooms are good but i am happy with the service provided by hotel staff and the location of the hotel. Complementary breakfast was awesome. Chef Niyas is an excellent cook and behavior of service boy Imran amazed me. Room service was very good , i stayed almost 3 months. It is in prime location and very near to Kingdom tower and taxis are available for all the time.

As an ACCOR property this IBIS sets good standards for quality and neatness. The rooms are neat and tidy. They have a basement parking or shaded parking right opposite to the hotel. The reception staff seemed a bit slow but nonetheless they did their job well. The room service was fast and did a good job. This hotel is walking distance away from the Iconic kingdom Centre. The breakfast buffet was decent and not the best as the spread was very limited.

I had Iftar with my family. Very friendly staffs to assist, decoration in the dinning hall is lovely, the food was amazing. Would love to come again in the future.
