I stayed in Obaer Hotel in Feb' 2022 for 5 days. Our travel agent booked our institutional quarantine package there. Such a horrendous experience we had. Reception was slow and non cooperative. We were booked for a king bed , however we ended up getting twin bed which they promised they will change which never happened.
We were not provided any towels or toiletries since we had taken a quarantine package . All this information was not communicated to us before our stay. I was in a foreign country with my daughter without the access basic stuff. Absolutely zero empathy to the staff here.
Our Package included all meals included. 5 days we were given the same menu without any major changes. There was no fixed time to get meals we had to call the reception multiple times to get additional water & food. Terrible customer experience.
RTPCR test was done 3 times during our stay. For that also we had to do multiple follow up. I thought after our 1st negative RTPCR test things will improve however nothing changed .
This place was like a house arrest with basics not being provided . Terrible customer experience.
A big no for women travellers to stay here.
