The worst experience i ever had , today there is an electrical shutdown ( for more than 6 hours until now ) to most of the rooms during the daytime in this hot weather and the hotel manager or the receptionist didn’t even bother to reassure, explain or apologize to the customers ! Very unprofessional.

- The internet is absurdly slow - The hotel just had a power outage for almost 2 hours. - Reception never pick the phone. You have to chase them in person to get things done - I’ll NEVER stay there again

Since this is more of business accomodation rooms are small. Complimentary breaKfast is served . There is not much food option for dinner here. Location is good & staff very friendly.

Rooms could be better. For a business hotel they don't keep a ironboard. No fitness center. Limited options for vegetarian dinner and lunch. Niyas at the breakfast counter (egg station) is fantastic. Breakfast is standard with little or no variation. This hotel needs an overhaul.

This is the best value for money hotel in Riyadh. It is clean, well managed and with the friendliest people I encountered in the local hospitality offering. Special mention to Mostafa Othman, a very competent, reliable and diligent front-of-office manager that was always available to help. Location is also superb, literally facing Kingdom tower. I highly recommend it.
