The price is is really nice and in my opinion for the service are offer more than from the international standard. For the room, from the park car, from the food and everything was nice. Especially for the hostess that lady the name Elsa, she’s compare with the other hotel have professional leadership and high sensitivity and warm welcoming so surprise in the Middle East area. Thank you for your service.

This hotel is by far the best in our route network. Great staff, very nice rooms, the place smells great anywhere you go. The breakfast is just plain brilliant. The location is pretty good as well, with a nice mall next to the hotel and movie theater. The only critique I do have is that they should sort the elevators out, 9 elevators and there’s no logic in how they sequence. You could be stuck on a floor for a long while. But apart from that, an amazing place.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. I stayed here for about 26 days for work and it was definitely a home away from home. The room was large a d the bed was very comfortable. I definitely appreciated the separate shower and bath. Laundry services were very reasonable and faster than expected. There are some great choices for food in the hotel. Breakfast has so many options for guests to eat their comfort food and also experiment with some different cuisine. There is a good mall with many shopping options just a short walk away. The staff provided exceptional service and was very friendly, no question was outside of their scope of knowledge.

My bad I can’t recall the names of the valet team, but they went above and beyond with their personal touch and leaving us absolutely speechless with the level of their service that was not limited just by receiving and delivering a car. Exceptional service. The room was very comfortable offering an office space and delightful view that added to the overall experience. Waking up to such a view was a treat in itself. The morning began on a high note with a breakfast spread that exceeded our expectations. The wide choice of stations catered to various tastes and dietary preferences, ensuring that every guest could find something to savor. From freshly baked pastries to a selection of local and international dishes, the breakfast experience was a true culinary delight. The attentive staff in the dining area added to the overall positive impression, making it a leisurely and enjoyable start to our day. Moreover, one of the most important factors in choosing the hotel for us was to find the hotel with a location that allows easy access to the airport without the hassle of navigating heavy city traffic. There is also a metro station next to the hotel if you prefer this way of transportation. Overall, the combination of the welcoming staff, comfortable accommodations with scenic views, delicious breakfast options, and a convenient location made our stay at the Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residence truly memorable. It's a place I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone visiting Riyadh.

As a seasoned traveler, I've had the privilege of experiencing many five-star hotels across the globe. My recent visit to the Hilton Riyadh raised my expectations to new heights, promising an evening of culinary excellence and impeccable service. However, the experience fell woefully short, leaving me with a sense of disappointment and a hefty bill that included an unexpected charge that left a bitter taste in my mouth. The food was decent, but the surprise valet parking fee left a sour note on the experience. This seemingly insignificant charge, in the context of a high-end dining experience that had easily surpassed the 1,600 SAR mark for our family of four, felt like a slap in the face. Charging for valet parking at a five-star hotel, especially when the meal itself is already quite pricey, seems absurd with the overall luxurious experience offered. It's as if the hotel is implying that their commitment to extravagance extends only to the dining experience and the ambiance, while they're content to charge extra for even the most basic amenities like valet. And after speaking to manger, she simply implied that it’s the valet company’s decision. And that they have no control over it which is ridiculous. I would not recommend dining at this hotel again.
