As per the google this is a 4 star hotel but the facilities are not well maintained. Neatness is average. Rooms are good but the bathroom pipes were leaking . No towels were provided and after several times of calls to room services they provided one towel. The room AC thermostat was not working. So we couldn't adjust the temperature and the room was freezing. We contacted the reception and room service and waited almost 6 hrs for someone to check it. Room rates are ok. Parking is available.

I wish to lodge a formal complaint against the services that was rendered to us last night. Having in mind that this is 4 class hotel , with good star rating. I perceive this type of the treatment as unacceptable. Complaint Details: 1. Not satsfied with the tasted of the food. 3. the plate , spoon and pork provided was disposable same as ordinary restaurant in the street. We are expecting to be use normal utensil that usually provided by the hotel . 4. there is no provided server that will assist the guest during dinner time. 5. there is no glass of water provided in every table. 6. very poor services. 7. the microphone is on and off that turned to destruct the flow of programme. This is not recommended because we feels there is discrimination in giving services though we paid right amount for the services.

The location of this hotel is good, just few minutes from a supermarket and also near from Riyadh city Center, Kingdom centre and other attractions. Has all the facilities that a Four Stars hotel should have. The breakfast was pretty good. The Staffs are very friendly and accommodating.

Water temperature in the shower is not hot. I booked for 2 but towel is only good for 1 person. Also ironing board and iron is by request. Good thing its just an overnight stay. Interior looks old with few cleaning stuff like vacuum left out adding the unpleasant look

Worst hotel experience ever The furniture is old. Bathroom smell into the room. On arrival the bathroom door was broken and can't be closed I had to call the maintenance and they told me to wait until 7:30 AM. Entering parking lots is almost impossible The refrigerator was broken also :)
