Rooms are quite good but the mattresses are old due to which it causes back pain. Room services and breakfast are really good. No cooking allowed in room. Daily cleaning of rooms. All staff is cooperative. Othaim supermarket and McD are just near to it for late night cravings. Many Indian, Italian and Arabic cuisines are nearby to it. Overall it’s a good stay there.

Good experience. The service was very good, they let us check in early and the check out time of 12:00 is quite generous. The only thing that stops it getting 5 stars is that it was quite run down and needing maintenance. However taking the price into account, I would definitely stay here again.

The location is great but with less parking space. Don't ever try the basement parking if you have an SUV. It will be a nightmare. B1 hall sound system is messed up. Echoing microphones and having a static sound. Food served was average. Service is poor. Not even a stirrer or teaspoon was provided until someone asked for it. Toilet bowls are installed at higher levels for both men and women.

The hotel is in a great area in the middle Riyadh, the people there are great but the rooms are just not it, the rooms next door are loud and theres no sound proofing, the bathrooms are not that clean, each time I wash my hands, the sewage smell fills the room, its unbelievable.

It's locatee at As Sulimaniyah which is about 3.5 Km from Hara market and The service is exception as they clean the room everyday and provide bottled drinking water everyday and there is a free breakfast buffet which comes under your booking. Buffet opens at 6.30Am-10.30Am which is for all
