Outdated but still presentable. We always stay here every time we visit Riyadh. My husband stays here all the time for work. We love how they welcome guest. Friendly staff. Fast room service. Free breakfast(buffet). They also have ✅swimming pool ✅restaurant Room service menu available ✅Breakfast ✅Sandwiches ✅Salads and Appetizers ✅Main course ✅soup ✅Dessert ✅cold beverages ✅hot beverages ✅Kids menu ✅Italian Corner Additional info: ✅walking distance from supermarket which is very convenient for us. ✅smoking room available

They have classes for learning swimming with less price than another place but they have a big problem that only one coach with huge numbers of kids , so that not make him able to teaching all the kids its so mess . It’s bad place , and the pool broken and the same time the kids get illnesses from the pool

This is not a 4stars hotel. Even for a 3stars could be better. So, if you expect a 3stars hotel, then it's reasonable.

Service of the Sales Dept. is really excellent and amazing experience. They are so accommodating and offer complements for both benefits. We used their function hall for our school graduation in reasonable price included with food. I was surprised that most of our visitors really like the food especially their beef and pasta’s. Salute to the chief cook & members of kitchen staff. Also, to Mr. Marwan and Ms. Mira who did really a job well done for a successful event.

Surprisingly it was Warwick ! Doesn't meet the standards of Warwick. After I checked in I found no water kettle , The door of the Toilet was not closing completely . The office chair was broken . I asked the Housekeeping and receptionist to change the office chair , it was not done. The toilet flush was not working most of the times . The bathroom corners looked ugly . The housekeeping dint ensure the readiness of the room before handing over the room to me. Wifi was AWEFUL. Definitely, not value for money . The only thing I liked about this hotel was the breakfast Buffet and the location. Parking spaces are available. Nevertheless, Highly disappointing . Should have been much better for the price they charge and the name they carry. Not recommended.
