Really great staff, waiters especially were v attentive. A charming cosy feel to the hotel.

The location is amazing, and the customer service is friendly, but i have had alot better customer service at a much lower price. The hotel itself is dated and the rooms need renovating. The doors for the bathroom serve almost no purpose. You can hear everything and the doors dont lock. Due to some admin errors on behalf of the staff regarding booking, i was made to feel i made the mistake. Then they realised there mistake and adjusted our room but it was a terrible result. But i didn't want to ruin our holiday, so i did not make a fuss. Shop around will definitely find better at a much lower price.

Great position , good hotel, great breakfast, pity we couldn't use the terrace at night for private parties! For 2 nights !! To smoke my sigar with my whiskey purchased in the hotel I had to stay out of the hotel on the access stairs !! Unacceptable!!

Such a delight to have this hotel as our first stop in Turkiye. The old charm of the old town is indeed felt. The room is quaint and charming. The bed and pillows are comfy. We had a good night’s rest after our long flight. The olive soap provided was a delight. We had our first Turkish meal during lunch and their offerings of grilled meats offerings a taste of wonderful things to come. After our 10 days tour we were back for another 2 days of exploring Istanbul and the location was perfect. The breakfast spread was mainly Turkish spread but the corn flakes made me happy.
