Armada Istanbul Old City Hotel

5 star for location, close to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, grand bazaar all of them are at a walkable distance. Breakfast was not good. Dinner/food was really bad. I don't recommend eating anything here.

Everything in this Hotel is amazing. The staff is super friendly and caring. The location is near to sultanahmet a few minutes walking. Lots of stores and restaurant near by. The restaurant has one of the best views of the whole Istambul, you can see 2 mosques. The rooms are very clean and the bed is super soft. I totally recommend it 100/100

Had a great time staying in this hotel during my stay in Istanbul. Price is right, service is great. Rooms are good and they help You out with all questions you might have. Also the location is top! Near the top attractions in Istanbul.

My husband and I stayed there during our trip to Istanbul and we really enjoyed everything! The AC was working, the breakfast was really good and nice view, it’s close to everything! 5/5

We can't ask for a better place to spend our one night stop over. Thanks to Turkish Airlines who gave us a complimentary one night stop over (with qualifying ticket purchase). Our stay in Armada Hotel Istanbul was excellent. Close to the Blue mosque and various others as well as the Bazaar and Turkish bath houses etc. Lots of Restaurant near by. They actually have their own roof top restaurant too but we didn't know until the morning we leave. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selections of dips, breads, cooked items, fruits and cereals etc. As well as teas and coffees. We were allowed to check in at 6am when when flight arrived at 5am in istanbul. That was really good with the hotel to do that. I know with a lot of hotels would never let you check in until 2 or 3 pm even if they had empty rooms. The rooms are a bit small just like a lot of other European hotels. The room was nicely decorated. With tea and coffee facility in the room. TV, good lightswitch location. A small desk and a small bench and chair to sit on. Definitely would recommend for a short stay as a tourist to explore the area. We took a hop on hop off bus while in Istanbul to familiar yourself but you can walk around the hotel easily to all the important sights. It is one block from the water and our room has side view to the water. We took a taxi from airport. Costed 500T liras. Same on the way back which the hotel organized for us. Will definitely come and stay again in this hotel. Very friendly staff too.
