Hotel as well as the Apartment is very nice, neat, clean and excellent location.
Although the regular breakfast staff needs little training in courtesy and little change in menu on a daily basis.
Rest all is very organised, on my request, when i had to checkout early we were provided breakfast at 5.45 am .
Overall a good experience.

The location is amazing, and the customer service is friendly, but i have had alot better customer service at a much lower price. The hotel itself is dated and the rooms need renovating. The doors for the bathroom serve almost no purpose. You can hear everything and the doors dont lock.
Due to some admin errors on behalf of the staff regarding booking, i was made to feel i made the mistake. Then they realised there mistake and adjusted our room but it was a terrible result. But i didn't want to ruin our holiday, so i did not make a fuss. Shop around will definitely find better at a much lower price.

Great position , good hotel, great breakfast, pity we couldn't use the terrace at night for private parties! For 2 nights !! To smoke my sigar with my whiskey purchased in the hotel I had to stay out of the hotel on the access stairs !! Unacceptable!!
