Always busy during umra and hajj season, this hotel offers its guests standard rooms for two, three or even four pax/room. Room is not large but enough to just rest during worship times. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is always tasty. Services are okay, but you have to order drinking water yourself and rent the heater kettle.

When i writing im still stay at this hotel, report Air Con not fuction to receptionist i think dont understand others languange, is hot inside the room. Report around 00:15 until i post this 01:14 am no response. Room is fine, no daily pick up trash, no change towels. But food is good.

Pros: Very close to masjid al-haram. Food Alhamdulillah not bad Cons : Lift takes forever,forcing people to take the stairs instead ,bearing in mind this place has as many as 17 floors. Room space very cramped. Booked 3 beded but hotel gives 2 beded room and added 1 single bed. Key cards for the rooms don’t work. The room service is non existent. Aircond not function well. Wouldn’t recommend,especially for the elderly due to the lift issue
