Al Ansar New Palace Hotel

Location is very good because it's few minutes far from the (Haram) Masjed Nabawy. The hotel cleanliness is low. Service low. Level low.

Very bad hotel, they gave our room to someone else during our stay. Plus no housekeeping or room service, and the staff in the reception is not helpfull including the hotel manager that seems to be fresh in the industry.

1 star extra only for the kind Bangladeshi stuff and location. First of all I wanna say that these Arabs in check in are just so lazy, they make you wait for too long for no reason, and when I asked about rooms they said there is no reservation.. but when I gave them number they found it, which means they either don’t wanna work or they are just lazy… Floor M smells like shit… people smoke even when they shouldn’t, rooms are old and dirty. Location is perfect, very close to the mosque

Good location ,Room furniture is used and old furniture, room key card function once to open the door everytime have to fo to reception. car parking charges in basement while outside of hotel car parking is free.

It was a pre booking but when we arrived the room was dirty and nasty so we called over the room service and they said they cleaned it but when we came back again the same it wasn’t even looking like it was clean. Understandable but the door unlocking key which was provided to us weren’t working so I went to the reception and asked them to changed it which they said they did but when I came up again to check it wasn’t working this time I went down and brought them up with me and when he came to check if it’s working or not he was slamming the door again and again just to check if it was working. Now my friends took the card and went but I wanted to go inside so I called one of them and asked them to open the door for me I showed him that it was my room and this person had the audacity to say that are you mad and spoke in loud tone which is unacceptable to any customer moreover the ac wasn’t working, the comforter and the bedsheet were all not washed, the washroom was sort of broken and many more. Can’t even give it a zero that’s how bad it was.
