A hotel with such a cheating staff and manager. Beware. I went to reception to book a room and the receptionist provided the room cost for 1 night he said the room included breakfast which we reassured about 3 times by confirming the buffet opening time and the floor and we paid the amount. However, the next day when we went for breakfast with our family the staff working on floor M told us that breakfast was not included in our package and they made us ashamed in front of all the other tenants and staff. We left the plate of food on the table and felt ashamed about the situation and questioned about this in the reception. The reception staff had changed their shift and the receptionists who were working there were claiming that we booked the room with a person called Abdullah who is a person who takes group bookings and the buffet was not included in the package. Even though we claimed many times and requested to check the CCTV that we directly booked from the reception they keep on repeating the same poem over and over again. We don't know the person named Abdullah as the receptionist took the money directly from us. The manager came and first admitted their mistake and told us he would refund the full amount of the room and later when the person Abdullah came to the hotel he refused to refund the amount. I think Abdullah may have shared the commission with the manager as well. I asked for an invoice when checked out and he refused to provide any invoice as they repeated saying that we booked with a group managed by Abdullah. So any guest who is booking there please keep in mind that they are the people who try to cheat the customers in any manner to make some money. All the money they take from customers goes directly into the pocket of ABDULLAH and the money is shared with the manager named WAHEED and other staff members. If any management team is reading this, let me ask you. If I come and book a hotel room directly from your hotel from the reception face to-face how can you claim that this is booked by the group and not your responsibility? What a pathetic hotel experience and value do you provide to your customers in this holy land by looting money for some commission. Ashamed. Feeling ashamed about this hotel. Do you think you can fool anyone all the time? Feeling ashamed that such named persons are Muslims who don't fear Allah at all.

They don't give towels tissues etc. No iron stand. Worst experience ever. High priced. The only advantage is this hotel is near to Haram. Curtains needs washing seriously. There is dust accumulated in corners. This hotel rooms needs proper cleaning schedule.

I book the three bedroom family suite it was very spacious, very comfortable. Ideal for a big family.

Location is excellent, the building is old though... Bathroom accessories are not working properly.. Needs maintenance and instalation of new equipments.. Breakfast was traditional, not many items but very healthy and tasty..
