Admire Apart Hotel

1. The room blankets are full of hair of all sizes, and this is evidence that they were not changed from the previous guest. We did not taste sleep, knowing that we came late and tired and asked to change it and no one came to change it. 2. There are no towels or bathrobes 3. The sofa is very dirty, full of stains of various colors 4. Very high price, not commensurate with the service, cleanliness and quality 5. Cleanliness is very poor

Positives: * Reception 10/10 *The apartment is clean 9/10 * Prayer rug and Quran available * There is a washing machine, an iron, an iron chair and a microwave * The location is excellent, you open the window in front of you, the Riyadh towers and the street, everything has laundries, groceries, a pharmacy, restaurants and a cafe. * Parking is available under the hotel and outside * Swimming pool, children's playroom and gym in the basement. * Beautiful coffee and its quiet sessions below. * Close to Takhassusi Street and Tahlia and close to Panorama Mall. * Easy access to the hotel. ——— Negatives: *Water leakage in bathrooms. The smell of smoke enters the apartment from smokers in the corridors and the coffee shop. * The bed is uncomfortable and a little hard * Parking lots are easy to get into and hard to get out of ———— In general, the hotel is good, and if I go to Riyadh again, I will live in it, God willing.

Wonderful apartment, clean and tidy, the entrance is excellent. The reception treatment is wonderful..there is a large hotel lobby with coffee and quietness..and there are large parking spaces Bathrooms are clean, opposite to the famous center and close to Panorama Mall And there are laundries next to the barbers supplies bakery. It has a swimming pool and a small children's room to play I'm still in the hotel. Comment Frankly, Halloween is sabotage. One thing is that there is a building that has been built and an excavator that starts working from 6 in the morning when I sleep. Reviewed: August 3, 2021

Business Stay Positives: Designs and decoration. Location (easy to get there and nearby services). Helpful friendly staff. Easy quick checking-in and out. Kitchen equipments. Housekeeping and cleanness. Kids playground. Clean comfortable stairs for physical activity instead using the elevators. Areas of Improvement: Overpriced. Construction ? errors in the bathroom. Kitchen and minibar. Limited crowded car parking. Swimming pool need more security and safety for kids.

It is new as this review is written, but don’t rely on their internet connection, it is really bad, very bad smell in the bathroom especially when it is busy, also you have to ask for everything like room service, ... etc.
