2nd time stay in this hotel. Superb location. The staff are friendly. Abu Biswas, the captain in the coffee house, is very helpful and polite. The concierge guy remembers me. This hotel makes me feel right at home. The housekeeping guy Nuronnabi is great. Room is super clean with clean sheets.

Excellent hotel, with excellent service. Team always committed to better serving and pleasing guests. Highlight is the cordiality of Rafiq, from the housekeeping team, a friendly and efficient Pakistani, always very attentive.

My chosen hotel for a friend’s layover before going back to London. Brilliant hotel and clean accommodations. It is beside the National Library wherein the Riyadh tour bus starts. Its location is suited to those who want to explore Riyadh. All the staff have been helpful and their services are excellent. Great spot for breakfast buffet as well. Keep up the great work

My stay while short, was quite wonderful! From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave, you get very efficient service. The staff is very kind and friendly, they make sure you are comfortable every step of the way. The room is best part of course as it is very cozy and designed quite well. You get all the comforts you can ask for and the value is great!

We went on a Thursday and tried their Asian and Seafood Dinner. It was a fantastic experience. The buffet has varied and well-thought of food choices. The food were flavorful, warm and fresh. The food was way much more worth than the price we paid. The place is cozy and clean. We were accommodated warmly by their supervisor Afzal and Apu Biswaz promptly assisted and attended to our needs. Giving a 100% rating for their superb service! Will definitely recommend to our friends and will surely come back!
