Nice hotel, not so far from Masjidil Haram and the gate , the front man and receptionist are very nice , breakfast is delicious, there are so many western food, but rice no . Its okay. I choose junior suite. There are microwave, mini pantry, coffee machine, laundry corner, so aesthetic and morrocco style . Lovely and beautiful .

Loved staying here. The staff were all very attentive, extremely polite and helpful. The rooms and beds were comfortable, the rainshower had good pressure. The juices, coffees and dates in the afternoon were a nice 'pick me up' after the walk uphill to the hotel :)

I stayed twice at this hotel and I can confidently say it's amazing! One of the best hotels to stay at in Makkah. The location is optimal, the rooms are clean and the hotel spaces are well maintained. The breakfast buffet is adequate with plenty of options. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Mohammad Al-Ansari for the quick, smooth, and very friendly check-in process. At check-out, he gave me detailed information on how to get to the train station, what options are available, and the average price of a taxi in case they tried to ask for unreasonably high ride fares (It is no more than 25 to 30 Saudi Riyals).

I have booked for one night in Ramadan, I called them before regarding car parking and they promise that there are car parking. I came by my car and road were closed due to high season. I wasn’t able to get in by my car. Me , my family, my children, and my bags were in the street. Non of them came to help! . I asked for their help when I arrived and they refused. Moreover, they were rude and a receptionist called Jobran told me go to some where else! My work is only inside the hotel! So I had to leave because my car was in the street and they lied about car parking. I cancelled my booking and they took whole money without even checking in. حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

We have been to a few hotels and this has genuinely been our best experience at a hotel. Me and my husband stayed here for our first Umrah and we were so grateful to Shaaza for making it a wonderful experience. They upgraded us at no extra cost , gave such a personal experience , the room service and concierge were excellent, the breakfast is not to be missed we loved how fresh everything was and the variety and quality was great. The room had a lovely view of the mosque grounds. They had at reception drinks and dates and teas for guests coming in from the heat. The hotel is literally situated at barely a 5 minute walk from the mosque grounds. We would highly recommend this hotel for those staying for their Umrah. The location, the service, the room, breakfast and staff were genuinely 5 star. InshaAllah we would love to stay again.
