One of the worst customer service experience received at this hotel.
While booking I was told I would be given breakfast upgrade by the Marriott reservation due to my rewards tier with them.
I spoke to the guest relations at the hotel as well not once but 4 times calling them from the US to Saudi Arabia and confirmed.
Once I got to the hotel, they totally declined and pretended they never spoke to me. Mr. Mufti who was the person I spoke to said I don't remember even when I showed him the call log.
Furthermore, the bathroom smelled like it had a dead animal. Had to ask house keeping several times to check on it.
This hotel is no where near to a 5 Star as it claims, a 2 star probably would be a better rating.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, overall a very poor customer service experience.
