Excellent received Arabic coffee was very nice, reception staff are very helpful room was 2307 staff Ismail very friendly and ready to help, breakfast was excellent, we must book the next trip

The hotel is right , excellent location. The hotel was definitely a 5 star experience. Rooms were exceptionally clean, big and well equipped. Room was 2319 employee Ismail just amazing,we never forget him for Ismail Will definitely book at this hotel again

10/10 all round service and near to haram. Very clean and hygienic, breakfast is very nice, room was Very comfortable, room prepare Ismail is to good, always smile on his pace, my family very happiness with Ismail, too highly recommend ??????? Just greeeeaaaaaaayttttttt experience and would definitely book this same hotel next time round

Positive: Good service, lobby is really nice. They always have soft drinks at the reception and dates and Arabic coffee which are really nice after a walk back from the Haram Breakfast is nice with eggs cooked to order, pancake and waffle station The walk to the Haram is easy as it is downhill There is a shuttle bus to and from the Haram Service from the concierge is really good Negative The rooms are a little unclean/grimy - some stains in the bedroom and bathroom I had to change rooms twice as there was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom, however, the staff were very nice about this and allowed me to change The rooms are also quite small The windows do not open to allow some fresh air in and out The walk back from the Haram is tiring as it is uphill so I wouldn't recommend for older people/people with mobility issues or with young children No shops close by - you have to walk through the Haram to get to the shops which is a good 10-15 minute walk
