صالة الفيروز من أفضل المقاهي في مكة المكرمة وهي مزينة بشكل جميل. لديهم منطقة جلوس داخلية وخارجية. جلوسها جميل ومريح. التمتع بجلوس الأصدقاء أو العائلة. تقدم الصالة المشروبات الساخنة والباردة. لديهم لاتيه إسباني ، شوكولاتة مثلجة ، قهوة تركية ، شوكولاتة ساخنة إلخ. لديهم أيضًا حلويات مثل كعكة الزعفران ، تارت التفاح ، كعكة الجبن بالفراولة والعديد من الحلويات لتناولها. كما تقدم الصالة وجبة غداء. الصالة جميلة ونظيفة. يقع داخل فندق دبل تري من هيلتون في الطابق الأرضي بمكة المكرمة.

The hotel is offering moderate experience, and from my view, it could offer better than that, especially since there are several Hilton in the area and I offering better experience. The location is around 500 meters from Haram, and the street is climbing up and down, and the other Hilton is offering a golf car 🚗 but double tree, no ? 😢 The F&B and the breakfast buffet are very poor. The room is good and our view is nice. Overall experience and rating are average.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. We felt extremely well taken care of and our room was exceptional. It was very clean and spacious and housekeeping was efficient and prompt. The manager whose name is Ahmad from Zafaran restaurant deserves 10 stars for his level of courtesy and hospitality. He was extremely kind, polite and had great recommendations. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Terrible room service. I asked for the room to be cleaned and it took them one day and a half to do so. I asked for an extra mug… took them almost a day and a half as well. The luggage is a whole other story.. they don’t help you with the luggage.. they literally threw my luggage in the lobby and expected me to carry them all by myself!! How is that possible. The only good thing was the food. My salute to the chef (my advice: quit this hell hole)

Excellent reception. Room and housekeeping excellent. Breakfast was good but all the staff in guidance of manager Ibrahim were going out of their way to make each guest comfortable

The hotel entrance is amazing. I stayed in this hotel for two nights. It says there's a bus takes you to haram. Unfortunately there is not ( they say it's under maintenance) which we depended on. Second the room has lots of dust . We asked to be cleaned they only changed the bed cover , duvets. Lastly I lost my white sneakers. Since they have lost and find list. They should have added it . I went back to them to look for it . They confirmed it has not been found . The manager said people loose more important things! Very surprised for his response! It's not about the value.
