This service apartment is our in-between arrangements before we find a house for ourselves in this new country. After looking around many service apartments, we decided to call Ascott our temporary home for a few weeks as their room sizes are big, bright, and sparkling clean. Staff here is very courteous and always ready to help to make the stay comfortable. We appreciate all the extra support given by Mr. Vikas (housekeeping supervisor) in terms of providing extra cooking pan/silverware to make everyday cooking easy as our household is still in transit. Mr. Sabin, our apartment attendant, makes sure that our apartment is thoroughly cleaned and all the necessary supplies are refilled every day. Thanks to them for making our stay comfortable and transitioning easy to a new country.
P.S. The big advantage of this hotel is a separate fitness centre, swimming pool, and spa for ladies in their residence building, which is a must for a long-term stay.
