I just arrived at this hotel planning to stay for 2 nights and unfortunately, my first impression was marred by finding a cockroach in my room. Despite the overall cleanliness of the hotel, this discovery made me feeling uneasy and uncomfortable. I hope that the hotel takes steps to address this problem in the future so that future guests don't have to encounter the same unpleasant surprise!!

Staying here for few days and last night was first night. Have to say without any doubt, it's one of the nicest hotels I think I've ever stayed in. Fantastic room upgrade, really helpful front desk and they can't do enough for you. Sitting outside and cold mist blows in the outside sit down area, great relief when it's 40° at 8am All staff are very helpful and friendly and like to welcome you to Saudi. Will be sad to leave here but will definitely return once I come back to Riyadh.

Overpriced Shisha which is absolutely no good. Waiters are very unwelcoming. Imagine I asked for Double Apple Fakher and they gave me mix instead. Once I confronted them the waiter replaced it with a bad attitude. First and last visit,very bad experience.

I have tasted the BEST kale salad! Grilled Lamb Chops, Sea Food Risotto are beyond amazing. Also, the pizza tastes good with so much cheese on it.
