Hotel is in a great location and shuttles come to take to Masjid but lack of active shuttle service especially at night. Front desk, and reception are friendly. I enjoyed my stay at Marriott but one very important major complaint is that this guy pictured below was very rude and disrespectful, because I told them about bringing my bags downstairs as I am checking out, and he told the other baggage guys to ignore me; and so I waited for over an hour when my ride was downstairs for them to bring my bags downstairs so that I can leave. I called them in the front desk and went down and back and forth several times in the lobby the front desk was very helpful in trying to accommodate but it's that guy in the pictures that was rude. This guy in the pictures told the other baggage people to ignore me and help other people, despite me talking to him he was very rude and seems to be a hater for no reason, and walked away when I was talking to him, and this is my major concern because for me to leave the hotel in a stressful manner waiting for someone to bring down my bags for over an hour and I had my elderly mother with me, for them to bring down our bags despite calling the front desk and the front desk girl even spoke to him and he was rude to her too. I had a good experience overall, and then it ends like this, made me sad, upset and nervous, and all this when I had a elderly person waiting too, and he sees all that and doesn't want to even bother and send someone up to get my baggage so that I can check out, it's very simple for someone to bring my bags down, especially in this hotel when I paid a lot of money and is a 5 star hotel, or should be a 5 star hotel. I wish I could have spoken to a manager, but my Uber was already waiting for about an hour, and I can't have him waiting more. VERY rude and disrespectful person in the picture, not professional at all, please check cameras and you will see what happened on that day and how I went crazy walking back and forth looking to speak to someone to bring my bags down, and how he walks away as I tell him about my baggage. Please consider changing baggage management. Overall, I appreciate the Marriott team they were very nice except for this guy from baggage management. I enjoyed my stay except with this aggravating way that ended my trip.

Rooms were clean but unfortunately AC was hot even after 10 hours of my check in i had to call couple of times and go to the reception couple of times to change the room for me They had a bus shuttle to the حرم the same AC issue again was with the bus The facility was clean with nice lobby and rooms Hope they fix the AC issue

Check-in at 5.00 pm on that day, but I have to wait for 45 minute until we follow up in getting the room. Service is poorly done at the reception. The room is really bad smell, it was located at level 21. Asking and insist for change to Hana (the receptionist) the next day and only getting the change at 630pm. Basically we are stayed at the worst smell room for a day. Finally they moved us to level 3. When complaint to Agoda, the hotel rep saying we are satisfied and no complaint was received. Thus, the staff is not honest. My bad for not put it in writing this report at the front desk and only mentioned verbally to the receptionist during the check-out. My take, if anything on feedback, insist to put in report or writing immediately at the counter and get your copy as your evidence.

The buffet breakfast menu was very disappointed, no cappuccino coffee. the breakfast has very minimal variety, especially drinks. where in the morning what is needed is coffee, but what is provided is only ready-made coffee and tea in paper cups. the coffee machine is not working the reason is it is being cleaned. I even asked for a cup of cappuccino, but it seems the restaurant supervisor didn't provide a solution, only gave the answer that the machine was cleaned.

Everything is great about this hotel. Great ambiance, excellent hospitality, spacious rooms, daily room servicing, baggage handling. Only place I feel is the location is best near new haram which as of now it’s far to reach Kaaba. In shaa Allah, have heard that it will gradually become main gate to Kaaba in future
