We enjoyed our time here ,, looks like this hotel was fabulous in a time nd suddenly became outdated with a lot of facilities inside the premises needs maintenance including the beach .. but overall the staff were super nice as well as I would think the hotel manager was walking around always making sure guests are satisfied.. two points to mention also is the slides were out during our stay , my kids didn’t enjoy it , and would recommend putting some water and splash games for the kids inside the big pool they have .. like the one in Dead Sea spa hotel .. overall we are satisfied and definitely will come back again

Con: very poor catering, no shops or restaurants nearby, hotel complex is really isolated. Bottled water overpriced. Pro: nice spot at the Dead sea, friendly staff, clean rooms, big and clean swimming pools including big slides. Small but cute beach, showers with clean water, mud reservoir, umbrellas and sunbeds for free, lifeguards

There rooms are fine and clean, good enough for the price and lovely cozy, but still need a little bit of attention. Service also was good and everyone was so polite and lovely but the hotel is empty from staff it's like you only found one person in the reception whatever was the busy situation it's only one person. About the location to be honest i didn't like it at all because it far from the other hotels and near the public one also there beach are not very satisfying to be used. In general it's not bad at all but i think if they put more attention on the place it will be great.

Most importantly the Dead Sea experience is so much fun and with private beach for hotel and very accessible. We stayed here for 1 night in April (two families with children). The rooms were comfortable and we liked the stay very much. The rooms were clean and have all required facilities. The food was really awesome (had so many verities of dishes, salads, dips, curries, and deserts of different kinds (and they are refilling different ones every time :-)) .Additionally, the hotel had great views of Dead Sea (Sun Set was so beautiful) from rooms as well as from the Pool areas. So many pools.

This hotel has definitely improved a lot in the past year. The rooms are clean extra fluffy towels are added free of charge. The internet is fast and the staff is very friendly. The food is beyond expected, large variety of eastern and western food. A lot of activities in the nighttime and a large free of charge kids area which came in handy. Spacious, clean, and easy to access.
