Hello again ,
This is my third stay at the hotel and took out one star from my previous review as the Fraser team did NOT do a thing regarding my last observations!!!. Though it’s been more than 17 days..
Believe it or not , I stayed at the same exact apartment again. “ 501”
NONE of what I noted fixed , even the simplest thing like tightening a shower hose holder !!!
I will still come again , but watch out for your “ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ “

I will give 5 stars to this beautiful hotel though I do have some observations
This is my 2nd time here btw
Let me start with the check-in process
Pretty fast and professional process . No delay at all
Rooms are pretty clean . Tidy
My concerns are as follows
Some floor tiles are not stable “ they move when you step on them “ like several tiles “
Shower hose handle needs to be tightened
Several locations
Room # 501
But I for sure will come again
