It’s a very dated hotel and the rooms are old. However the staff, service, and location are great. Breakfast is decent. We had a suite which was huge but only had 1 king bed, would have been nice to have another queen bed for the amount of space. Would get a higher rating if only the hotel wasn’t so old. They will be beginning renovations in 2024 though and I’ll consider it again in the future once renovated.

Very close to Masjid At-Nabvi. Very good and helpful staff. Definitely recommended. Breakfast and buffets were very good and well stocked with variety. All staff very helpful. Shefaa the Lobby Ambassedor kept an eye on people’s experience. We felt our feedback was directly taken and will be acted on instead of just being submitted online.

I had the opportunity to stay in this hotel and I found the service and overall stay highly commendable. I would take this opportunity to appreciate the services provided by the room attendant Mr Jashim Uddin, he is really very helpful, prompt in his services with smiling face always. Such kind of staffs must be rewarded by the management.

Extremely beautiful hotel, lovely employees & concierges, and wonderful food services! They call your room daily to check up on you and ask if you need anything. The lady Shefaa was especially kind and helpful.

This young lad name is think طارق الحربي should be the general manager of this place. Absolutely brilliant service and highly recommended to anyone and surely will be back again. He did make our stay very pleasant. God bless him and hopefully next time when we come back next year we see you as top chief in this place. God bless. Mosab
