Great hotel. Rooms were very clean. Raeed the front office manager is the best. House keeping was really good. Would definitely stay here again. Actually looking forward to coming back.

Pretty close to Haram and shopping area. Nice, clean facility. We booked with breakfast option and it was worth it. Very friendly and helpful staff; going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended!

Loved it, I have had the most beautiful memories meeting my brother after years and stayed in presidential suites. It's clean,awesome and staff is just like family. Would love to go there again.

Alhamdulillah I stayed at this location from may 18 the till May 23rd 2022 First experience was great I was greeted at door by doorman Receptionist was very professional treated with due respect Room service was great the guy In-charge of 3rd floor is always available for service with courtesy Finally cafeteria was great from manager to all floor staff It seems it is managed by real professionals Beauty of the staff was everyone served us with a smile on their face this gives me an impression that the staff are well treated and trained by management they do not work under pressure I always refer this hotel to my friends and family A small suggestion to management Think of giving gifts to guests like prayer mat or something this will leave a long lasting memory

Rooms are well kept but Furniture dated. Towels were large and fairly new. toiletries were Excellent quality. Daily water highly appreciated. TV 32 inch. Not enough electric outlets for mobile phones...... Overall a decent hotel and would stay here again.
