CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul

Our stay here ran smoothly. We loved the view, the service, the location is ideal, as it's right there in the center of Istanbul. You can walk to shops, stores, etc. The rooms are extra clean, spacious, and the beds are comfortable. This hotel has plenty inside to look at and explore. It has several restaurants in which the food is amazing! Their breakfast is beyond tasty and well presented. Overall, we loved our stay!

Hotel is very nice. BUT, wireless does not work well in Stella Bar section. Network connects, but browsing is very slow or fails completely. Management tried to help, but could not. When they spoke to the technical department, that department claimed “it’s working” and did not even bother to check directly. It’s an obvious denial of reality and responsibility. Check other reviews - others guests have mentioned this issue. Also, I notice that that hotel tends to copy and paste the same response to customer reviews rather than actually addressing the issues being raised. They should really fix the wireless. Again - other than this the hotel is very nice.

We had a fine experience staying at the CVK hotel. Their policy about money returns is completely illogical., They promised to return the money to us within 20–30 days, but it has now been months. The managers are refusing to take any action beyond informing us that there is a problem with our local banks and that they are powerless to fix it, which is quite aggravating.

We are currently staying at this hotel in room 1938 and I’m genuinely disappointed. For $600 a night, the room is very tiny, with only a tiny closet to hang your coats. We are traveling with 2 big suitcases plus 2 carry-on luggages that we have to store by the bed since there is no space to put them. The hotel does not even provide luggage racks therefore we have had to give up one side of the bed to store our luggage. House keeping strictly provides only 2 towels for the day so if you plan to shower more than once a day, you will not have a clean towel to use. House keeping also strictly just makes the bed so be prepared to come back to a shabby and messy room. The hotel does have nice amenities such as the pool, spa and gym and even provide free treats but for $600 a night, I expected better. Wouldn’t recommend

The hotel is excellent. Many thanks to the guest relation team especially eya for her help and to the security team for finding our bag because we forgot it in the taxi and they make a lot of effort to reach the taxi for bringing our bag. Very good location
