Firstly we were surprised at how excellent the service was here for such a large hotel. Everything was exemplary. We loved our room (Deluxe Bosphorus View) , which was high up with expansive views over the Bosphorus. Everything felt state of the art, especially loved the bathroom with the giant bathtub inside the shower and the frosted windows that are controlled remotely. Dinner in the Izaka restaurant was outstanding and breakfast was amazing!! From now on, this is the only hotel we'll stay at in Istanbul!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and encountered very friendly staff. Bahar, a kind and lovable girl, guided us in the right direction and provided us with valuable information about Istanbul. She helped us tremendously during this trip, enabling us to discover the city's attractions more easily.I highly recommend staying at this excellent hotel if you plan to visit Istanbul.

We stayed at residence side of this hotel for three nights and it was great. Our apartment was big enough to accommodate all of us comfortably and from the minute we arrived the staff were ready and so nice to us. Especially we were greeted by Bahar with warm and welcoming attitude from the day one which made my father in law very happy and feel at home. I would recommend this hotel and residence to my friend and family.

I stayed 7 nights at this nice classic hotel. Every thing here is great but the manager response to my complaint (I found a cigarette in my non-smoking floor room) after the housekeeper cleaned my room!!!! He said you might brought it to the room! Can you believe that is a 5-star hotel response. Especially to an allergic to smoke customer who told them so. Finally their compensation was a free massage! It’s all about how to maintain your reputation and care about the customer. Word of moth is important. I was so happy until the incident and their response.

Great location, awesome hotel. The hotel is located very near Taksim Square but just out enough to avoid heavy congestion. It’s only minutes away from the craziness of Taksim Square, anything you need is next to hotel. The rooms are clean and hotel is pretty big to have anything you need. The indoor swimming pool has warm water, unfortunately I didn’t get use it because i became so busy but looks great. The customer service in hotel was the best!
