CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul

Staying here for almost 2 weeks, today is our last day here and I just had to write a review. What a beautiful hotel with exceptional customer service and great location. All employees are extremely helpful and friendly. We are a group of 6 and we booked one room in the hotel side and also a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom suite in the residential side. Both are modern, clean and well maintained. If you want extra comfort with full kitchen and washer and dryer then definitely consider the suite. You can’t go wrong at this hotel. Will miss the delicious food options, beautiful views, great people and short walk to Taksim square. Thanks for Making our stay amazing!

This is an excellent hotel with amazing location, service and views. The food is very good and overall all aspects of a 5 start hotel are as expected. Will definitely visit again.

Honestly blown away by this hotel and we've only been here one night! The first thing to say is that the staff are incredible. From check in to breakfast, everyone everywhere is so lovely and so helpful. The lady at check in gave our baby a teddy and she was in love with it! The staff at breakfast this morning were the most lovely and attentive I've ever seen. Very helpful and thoughtful. The room is beautiful, very spacious and clean and finished to a high standard. The location is also brilliant, right by taksim and was a fiver minute walk to a busy area with lots of shops and cafes. Can't speak highly enough about it!

Pros: Great location, walking distance from Istiklal, very nice design, breakfast buffet was great with great service (Israa was our waitress and she was very friendly and welcoming). Cons: Lame check-in experience, Kagan the suites section receptionist was rude, didn't honor expedia gold status. We received a room on street level with zero privacy, people walking on the street can literally watch every single detail of the room, so we had to close the curtains 24/7. We also had unfriendly encounter with drain flies in the room. The passageway between the rooms gets noisy throughout the day, the noise was loud that ot awakened our infant daughter few times. Overall, this hotel has great potential, but they need to train the reception for better service, and listen more carefully to tenants feedback. The hotel offered me different room in our third day, we were too tiered to pack and unpack at this stage. I hope Hotel management can read this review and work on improving the service, I believe that this hotel can receive easily 5 stars with more attention to the customers.
