We stayed at residence side of this hotel for three nights and it was great. Our apartment was big enough to accommodate all of us comfortably and from the minute we arrived the staff were ready and so nice to us. Especially we were greeted by Bahar with warm and welcoming attitude from the day one which made my father in law very happy and feel at home. I would recommend this hotel and residence to my friend and family.

I stayed 7 nights at this nice classic hotel. Every thing here is great but the manager response to my complaint (I found a cigarette in my non-smoking floor room) after the housekeeper cleaned my room!!!!
He said you might brought it to the room! Can you believe that is a 5-star hotel response. Especially to an allergic to smoke customer who told them so. Finally their compensation was a free massage!
It’s all about how to maintain your reputation and care about the customer. Word of moth is important. I was so happy until the incident and their response.

Great location, awesome hotel. The hotel is located very near Taksim Square but just out enough to avoid heavy congestion. It’s only minutes away from the craziness of Taksim Square, anything you need is next to hotel. The rooms are clean and hotel is pretty big to have anything you need. The indoor swimming pool has warm water, unfortunately I didn’t get use it because i became so busy but looks great. The customer service in hotel was the best!

Our stay here ran smoothly. We loved the view, the service, the location is ideal, as it's right there in the center of Istanbul. You can walk to shops, stores, etc. The rooms are extra clean, spacious, and the beds are comfortable. This hotel has plenty inside to look at and explore. It has several restaurants in which the food is amazing! Their breakfast is beyond tasty and well presented. Overall, we loved our stay!

Hotel is very nice. BUT, wireless does not work well in Stella Bar section. Network connects, but browsing is very slow or fails completely. Management tried to help, but could not. When they spoke to the technical department, that department claimed “it’s working” and did not even bother to check directly. It’s an obvious denial of reality and responsibility. Check other reviews - others guests have mentioned this issue.
Also, I notice that that hotel tends to copy and paste the same response to customer reviews rather than actually addressing the issues being raised. They should really fix the wireless. Again - other than this the hotel is very nice.
