CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul

Honestly blown away by this hotel and we've only been here one night! The first thing to say is that the staff are incredible. From check in to breakfast, everyone everywhere is so lovely and so helpful. The lady at check in gave our baby a teddy and she was in love with it! The staff at breakfast this morning were the most lovely and attentive I've ever seen. Very helpful and thoughtful. The room is beautiful, very spacious and clean and finished to a high standard. The location is also brilliant, right by taksim and was a fiver minute walk to a busy area with lots of shops and cafes. Can't speak highly enough about it!

Pros: Great location, walking distance from Istiklal, very nice design, breakfast buffet was great with great service (Israa was our waitress and she was very friendly and welcoming). Cons: Lame check-in experience, Kagan the suites section receptionist was rude, didn't honor expedia gold status. We received a room on street level with zero privacy, people walking on the street can literally watch every single detail of the room, so we had to close the curtains 24/7. We also had unfriendly encounter with drain flies in the room. The passageway between the rooms gets noisy throughout the day, the noise was loud that ot awakened our infant daughter few times. Overall, this hotel has great potential, but they need to train the reception for better service, and listen more carefully to tenants feedback. The hotel offered me different room in our third day, we were too tiered to pack and unpack at this stage. I hope Hotel management can read this review and work on improving the service, I believe that this hotel can receive easily 5 stars with more attention to the customers.

The spa and wellness facilities are a haven of tranquility, offering a wide range of treatments to rejuvenate both the body and mind. What sets CVK Hotel apart is its exceptional staff who go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels valued and pampered. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist made my stay truly exceptional. Without a doubt, CVK Hotel remains my top choice in Istanbul, and I look forward to returning for many more memorable experiences.

Firstly we were surprised at how excellent the service was here for such a large hotel. Everything was exemplary. We loved our room (Deluxe Bosphorus View) , which was high up with expansive views over the Bosphorus. Everything felt state of the art, especially loved the bathroom with the giant bathtub inside the shower and the frosted windows that are controlled remotely. Dinner in the Izaka restaurant was outstanding and breakfast was amazing!! From now on, this is the only hotel we'll stay at in Istanbul!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and encountered very friendly staff. Bahar, a kind and lovable girl, guided us in the right direction and provided us with valuable information about Istanbul. She helped us tremendously during this trip, enabling us to discover the city's attractions more easily.I highly recommend staying at this excellent hotel if you plan to visit Istanbul.
