Unfortunately, our stay was cut short as we had to be transferred to another hotel. There was no proper explanation by the staff, we were just told to pack up and leave. Very strange. As for the room, we experienced voltage dips. The power went out from time to time in a day. We also noticed some small holes on the carpet, almost like cigarette burns. Overall, not a pleasant stay for us especially with a child.

The price is overprice...
We take triple size for 3 people in one room but i get 1 bed in double size-after 2 hours i get extra bed, finally

Very bad, beach is only a joke not really. If you only touch the red sea maybe you go to prison. Balón to take a sunbath is forbidden. Swimmingpool is a joke and dirty. Gym is not the best but OK. Old rooms and carpet stinks of chimicals. Windows can't be opened. Very expensive and very bad quality. Not recommended for European. Only if you enjoy sitting in the room without sun. There are no activities near the hotel. To the next beach 60km. All is Expensive without quality. Security cam are overall.. Not privacy

The ratings are a complete lie. This hotel in the outskirts of Jeddah city basically in the middle of nowhere us a 2-star hotel. I had an immediate allergic reaction to whatever chemicals they sprayed as a deodorizer to mask the cigarette smell. The bathroom was a horror show in itself and no hotwater at all rust, caulking on top of old yellow caulking, switch plate panel edges full of grime. Just disgusting! The 4-star was a lie, they probably paid people to give fake reviews. I checked out 4 hours after I arrived and left for the Assila Hotel a authentic 5-star it's pricey but well worth the comfort, (allergic reaction seized minutes after I left crowntown.) I do not recommend crown town don't believe the star ratings it's a bold face lie.
