Nice hotel ? but isolated location with no shops and eating joints nearby. Good ? if you have your own vehicle

Ahmed E. , I had very good stay in the hotel for few weeks. I liked the service and the room. Also I liked the follow up on the service conducted by Soha Saad hotel employee, making sure that my stay was comfortable and sufficient to me.
Room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is very good, it has many varieties.

Had availed Foundation day offer buffet SR49 per head, but the food was not even worth SR10!!! We reached by 2.30PM with merely few people in the room. To list the dishes- pasta, pasta and a variety of pasta! Lasagna dish was empty non of us got a bit, the pudding was over, manager said coming, but nothing came at all! The worst experience of a lifetime!! Total waste of money!! Ate just watermelon n Muskmelon to fill stomach.

Swimming pool not safe depth 1.6 without life guard or safety tools
Spa n sawna Philippines guy missrespectable
House keeping once per day not allowed to request when required
Restaurant good enough but there's no variety n Philippines girl not cooperative
Finally it deserves the value u gonna pay

Awesome experience of continental lunch. Options were less than expected but overall worth of price. 49 SAR when you book from the coubone app.
